Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze license documents to determine key data points.
  • Accurately input data into database systems and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Verify and correct information entered by external parties.
  • Contact stakeholders to validate or update data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Record non-compliance issues in the Digital Regulatory Assurance System.
  • Assist with various office tasks and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
  • Strong typing and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to interpret and validate data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
  • Experience working with organizational database software.
  • Ability to locate, troubleshoot, and correct errors in data entry.
  • Good judgment, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management, coordination, and planning abilities.
