Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze license documents to determine key data points.
- Accurately input data into database systems and Excel spreadsheets.
- Verify and correct information entered by external parties.
- Contact stakeholders to validate or update data and resolve discrepancies.
- Record non-compliance issues in the Digital Regulatory Assurance System.
- Assist with various office tasks and administrative duties.
- Strong typing and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to interpret and validate data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
- Experience working with organizational database software.
- Ability to locate, troubleshoot, and correct errors in data entry.
- Good judgment, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with stakeholders.
- Excellent time management, coordination, and planning abilities.
