Our client is seeking a Compensation Manager to oversee the daily administration, analysis of compensation data, and interpretation of policies and practices.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of compensation professionals
- Provide leadership on compensation matters
- Manage the annual compensation review process
- Analyze compensation data and trends
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of compensation or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong communication skills
- CCP designation is an asset.
