We have partnered with a long-standing client in search of a Regional Sales Manager. The Reginal Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within a designated territory.
This role involves building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers, promoting the value of the client’s products and services, and collaborating with internal teams to drive sales success. The position requires regular travel within the territory and active participation in industry associations to enhance business relationships.

- Salary: $80k to $120k
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new prospects within the assigned territory, resolving issues as needed.
- Travel within the territory to meet with prospects and customers.
- Record and manage prospect information in the database.
- Represent the company at industry events and associations to foster positive relationships.
- Research and recommend solutions to meet customer needs using available sales tools.
- Communicate the value of the company’s products and services through various interactions with prospects and customers.
- Build and develop strong customer relationships to maximize revenue and enhance satisfaction.
- Prepare sales information, quotes, market analysis, and sales expense reports for management.
- Assist in the collection of receivables as necessary.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to coordinate all sales activities, including presentations, pricing negotiations, and prospect interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 - 7 years of related experience in sales or a similar role. Preference given to those with a construction or civil engineering background in a sales or business development capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage prospects and customers.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in sales tools and customer relationship management systems.
- Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
