Customer Service Representative

Benefits & Perks:

• Immediate temporary Customer Service Representative position 
• Potential to extend, and/or become temporary to hire

Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and via email to repeat and new customers
• Taking orders for pharmacy refill requests, including patient billing information and verifying delivery information 
• Entering patient refill orders into their system
• Print necessary labels 
• Assist with shipping as required 

Qualifications:

• Two plus years of Office experience and or Customer Service experience 
• Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant and/or experience from the medical field would be an asset 
• Excellent customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy 
• Must be flexible for part-time hours that may increase to more hours
