Responsibilities:
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
  • Assist the Financial Controller in daily financial operations, including preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements, process invoices, and handle payment tracking.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
  • Provide administrative support for the Financial Controller, contributing to month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Proactively identify and suggest improvements in accounting processes to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively bridge language gaps and communicate with diverse teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, with experience in managing financial transactions.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, able to work independently without micromanagement.
  • Ability to support the Controller in complex financial operations and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
