Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior management.
- Serve as the point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organizational files and records.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and material preparation.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
- Support the preparation of budgets, track expenses, and handle invoicing or financial reporting tasks.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and handling phone and email communications.
- Extensive experience in administrative roles, particularly supporting senior executives or management teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience coordinating travel, meetings, and events, with an understanding of budgeting and expense tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred, with relevant certifications being an asset.
