- Fielding calls from advisors
- Account reconciliations and troubleshooting
- Maintenance of client databases and spreadsheets
- Scheduling and confirming meetings, arranging travel, and assisting with events
Qualifications:
- 2 years related work experience with an investment counsel firm/broker, portfolio manager, bank, or other financial institution
- Understanding of investment operations, account types, and transaction processing
- Completion of the CSC or IFIC would be an asset
- Proficiency with technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze, investigate, and problem-solve as needed
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy and attention to detail
