Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and follow-up on new client account documentation
  • Corresponding with clients
  • Processing of deposits, withdrawals, and asset transfers
  • Fielding calls from advisors
  • Account reconciliations and troubleshooting
  • Maintenance of client databases and spreadsheets
  • Scheduling and confirming meetings, arranging travel, and assisting with events

Qualifications:
  • 2 years related work experience with an investment counsel firm/broker, portfolio manager, bank, or other financial institution
  • Understanding of investment operations, account types, and transaction processing
  • Completion of the CSC or IFIC would be an asset
  • Proficiency with technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze, investigate, and problem-solve as needed
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy and attention to detail
