Responsibilities:
- Build relationships through professional communication and impeccable service for clients
- Work with internal operational teams to resolve issues that may arise and respond to client inquiries
- Understand the platform of investment products and services, enabling you to provide a personalized approach to client communications
- Customize presentation materials for new and existing clients
- Lead the onboarding process and establish a foundation for a positive client experience
- Execute all transactional requests and coordinate cash settlement as needed
- Participate in ad hoc projects and special assignments as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Genuine passion for building and maintaining long term client relationships
- Strong attention to detail
- Good judgment coupled with the ability to set clear expectations and make sound decisions
- 3+ years of experience in an Administrative or Client facing role in a related career field (Finance, Wealth Management, Investment banking)
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe Acrobat
