Human Resources Business Partner 100-110K base + bonus (Hybrid)
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is ready to move to the next level! The role will serve as a trusted partner and advisor to both business leaders and employees to provide effective HR solutions. You will be responsible for proactively managing and facilitating programs including employee relations, learning & development, performance management, total rewards, and employee engagement.

You will be responsible for proactively managing and facilitating programs including employee relations, learning & development, performance management, total rewards, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and counselling to leaders in all aspects of people management and the employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and development to performance management and termination
- Support managers and employees through the full cycle of the annual Performance Management Process, ensuring consistent application and follow through and act as an advisor on performance issues
- Proactively maintain strong relationships with employees by managing all aspects of employee relations, including coaching and conflict resolution, ensuring employee issues are addressed effectively
- Lead and support managers and employees through key annual processes, including performance and pay review and workforce planning and budgeting
- Work closely with the Total Rewards team on short-term and long-term employee absences and assist with facilitating Return-to-Work programs
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to fill vacant or new roles, including participating in the interview process and provide guidance on candidate selection. selection
- Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience in a professional services environment
- CHRP designation
- University degree in an area of specialty (Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Organizational Behavior or another related field)
- Knowledge of all provincial Employment/Labour Standards, and HR legal trends and practices
- Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation, creativity in problem solving and a passion for people
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, coupled with coaching and influencing skills, thinking creatively and working with business leaders to solve complex problems
- Strong, active listening skills with the ability to build relationships and trust at all levels within the organization
