We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical, Electronics technician or engineer to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and electrical systems, excellent communication skills, and experience in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals and training material. This position offers a stable, daytime work schedule with no travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create Training Materials: Develop high-quality training materials such as SOPs, manuals, and presentations that are clear and effective.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging training sessions to employees, ensuring they understand and can apply the technical knowledge to their roles.
  • Assess Training Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Continuously improve training content based on these evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of training materials.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in electronics and electrical systems to ensure training materials remain relevant and cutting-edge.
  • Provide Support and Guidance: Offer ongoing support and guidance to employees post-training to reinforce learning and address any questions or challenges.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience coaching or training people, preferably in the electronics or electrical industry.
  • Strong understanding of electronic and electrical systems and components.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
  • Experience in creating training materials, including SOPs, manuals, and digital content.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or trade certificate in a related field preferred. Consideration for someone with relevant experience.
