Responsibilities:
- Booking scheduling and installations
- Booking scheduling and deliveries
- Customer service follow-up calls after projects to ensure the project went well
- Update customer accounts
- Reschedule appointments and crew as necessary
- Communicate with customers and drivers via phone, email, and text in a friendly and professional manner providing timely updates on projects
- Calendar management
Qualifications:
- 2 plus years of experience as an Installation Coordinator / Scheduler
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration is an asset
- A combination of education and experience will be considered
- Able to work in a fast-paced demanding environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internal scheduling software
- Able to demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
