Responsibilities:

• Booking scheduling and installations 
• Booking scheduling and deliveries
• Customer service follow-up calls after projects to ensure the project went well 
• Update customer accounts 
• Reschedule appointments and crew as necessary
• Communicate with customers and drivers via phone, email, and text in a friendly and professional manner providing timely updates on projects 
• Calendar management 

Qualifications:

• 2 plus years of experience as an Installation Coordinator / Scheduler 
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration is an asset 
• A combination of education and experience will be considered 
• Able to work in a fast-paced demanding environment 
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internal scheduling software
• Able to demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
