Responsibilities:

• Entering registration cards, member demographic, and beneficiary information 
• Maintaining member records - data entry to input changes for addresses, beneficiaries, and other related data 
• Processing incoming daily mail and returning mail due to invalidations and for tracking purposes 
• Searching and contacting missing members via telephone/email to obtain valid information
• Processing member payments 
• Filling and scanning documentation
• Other administrative duties as required 

Qualifications:

• 1 - 3 years of related experience in a similar role, and/or a background in customer service 
• High school diploma and a French immersion background 
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English & French 
• Strong attention to detail
• Outgoing positive attitude 
• Ability to work with confidential documentation and information 
• Ability to meet deadlines and targets 
• Ability to handle multiple interruptions and adjustments to priorities throughout the day 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel 
• Good interpersonal skills with abilithe ty to develop positive relationships with staff and management
