  • Immediate temporary Administrative Assistant position 
  • Potential to extend 
  • Monday to Friday office hours 
  • Onsite position in downtown Winnipeg 
  • Provide Reception and Administrative support to a professional corporate team 
  • Manage general correspondence and inquiries 
  • Schedule meetings, calendar management, arrange catering for meetings 
  • Travel arrangements as required 
  • Create and update documents required for meetings 
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant 
  • Other administrative duties as assigned 
  • High School Diploma with post-secondary education in Office Administration
  • 3 plus years of related Office Administrative experience 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
