Responsibilities:
  • Collecting, reviewing, and recording sensitive client information and account documentation
  • Processing, tracking, and reporting information for classified high-end clientele 
  • Compiling tax slips for various accounts 
  • Providing support to the accounting team as needed 
  • Working closely and collaboratively with team members to ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications:
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a financial organization or tax-related 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to exercise good judgement and decision making 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, proven ability to meet target deadlines
  • Self-starter with the capacity to work independently
  •  Able to collaborate and willing to work with others
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to take initiative and seek out information where required
  • Experience in a financial institution is an asset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Previous experience with payroll or bookkeeping software is an asset
