This pivotal role involves overseeing daily construction activities, managing crew members, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a steadfast commitment to health and safety. Whether you have extensive experience leading a team in the construction industry or just a few years, we want to hear from you.

Please note, the client is open to considering candidates from Saskatoon as well.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the construction crew
  • Schedule and coordinate projects
  • Ensure quality control and assurance
  • Manage budgets
  • Communicate and report effectively
  • Mentor crew members
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
  • Complete all work orders and associated paperwork
  • Commit to exemplary customer service

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a construction crew supervisor or in a similar role in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a project from start to finish
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality standards
  • Experience in performance management and coaching
  • Proficiency in using MS Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours
