  • Immediate Administrative Assistant role in the Healthcare Industry in Winnipeg 
  • Onsite role Monday to Friday 
  • Immediate opportunity with the potential to extend 
  • Managing and responding to emails from the accounting department 
  • Running reports for the accounting managers in Excel and SAP
  • Reception, answering and directing calls 
  • Data entry, filing, and scanning of invoices
  • Assisting the Accounts Payable department as needed 
  • Two plus years of experience with Accounts Payable is required 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 
  • A criminal background check is required
