Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a Winnipeg based company to hire an Organizational Analyst for an immediate term role in the Healthcare field. This is a remote opportunity A Masters of Nursing Degree is required.

  • Liaising with Project Managers and Healthcare Leaders and organizations who develop, oversee, and implement optimal patient care and handle all required needs and requests for each department to improve patient and healthcare delivery processes.
  • Coordinating with healthcare vendors and liaising with several specialized project management teams leading and implementing clinical and recruitment process improvements.
  • Managing expectations of achievable deliverables for each project management group and ensuring resources are available for each specialized area. 
  • Managing changes to healthcare and recruitment and retention services.
  • Assist with developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies in healthcare.
  • Partner with regulatory colleges and other organizations to increase training and learning opportunities to meet licensing requirements. 
  • Handling confidential patient information.
  • Masters of Nursing degree is required 
  • Certification in Health Systems Leadership or Health Systems Administration is required 
  • Lean Management Certification is also required
  • 10 years of experience as a senior healthcare executive leading transformational initiatives related to healthcare and strategic planning 
  • 5 years of experience in human resource management developing recruitment and retention plans and strategies for Primary and Acute Care including experience with recruitment of Internationally educated health professionals such as nurses and medical graduates 
  • 2 years of experience as a senior healthcare executive navigating regulatory and licensing processes for healthcare professionals including nurses 
  • 7 years of experience working with labour unions and healthcare employers to address workforce challenges and develop collaborative solutions 
  • 5 years of experience managing and engaging with diverse stakeholders such as unions, and government agencies 
  • 1 year of experience collaborating with educational institutions to develop curriculum for IENs or IMGS to obtain their licensure
