  • Liaising with Project Managers and Healthcare Leaders and organizations who develop, oversee, and implement optimal patient care and handle all required needs and requests for each department to improve patient processes.
  • Coordinating with healthcare vendors and liaising with several specialized project management teams leading and implementing clinical process improvements.
  • Managing expectations of achievable deliverables for each project management group and ensuring resources are available for each specialized area. 
  • Managing changes to healthcare services.
  • Assist with developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies in healthcare.
  • Partner with regulatory colleges and other organizations to increase training and learning opportunities to meet licensing requirements. 
  • Handling confidential patient information.

  • Certificate in Project Management is required, PMP.
  • Valid ProSci (ADKAR) Change Management Certificate is required.
  • 10 years of experience as a Project Manager leading large, complex projects including budget creation and cost tracking, assignment of resources delivering business and process change in the healthcare sector.
  • 7 years of experience managing projects that incorporated organizational change management strategies and plans, using a structured methodology, such as Prosci.
  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager implementing large transformational redesign projects.
  • 3 years of experience as a Project Manager responsible for planning and implementing a Public Health Surveillance and Monitoring system on a Provincial scale.
  • 3 years of experience working on projects where Indigenous / First Nations leadership were project stakeholders.
  • 1 year of experience working on projects collaborating with multiple government departments and reporting to government leadership as well as working with post-secondary education facilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving project handling confidential patient information.
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability and team-building skills.
