  • Remote opportunity as a Project Manager, experience in the Healthcare field.
  • Liaising with Project Managers and Healthcare Leaders and organizations who develop, oversee, and implement optimal patient care and handle all required needs and requests for each department to improve patient processes.
  • Coordinating with healthcare vendors and liaising with several specialized project management teams leading and implementing clinical process improvements.
  • Managing expectations of achievable deliverables for each project management group and ensuring resources are available for each specialized area. 
  • Managing changes to healthcare services.
  • Assist in developing the strategic framework for the operational plans and outcomes in new Healthcare initiatives.
  • Handling confidential patient information.
  • Masters Degree in Health Informatics, Health Administration or Public Health is required.
  • Certificate in Design Think Process and Methodologies is required.
  • 10 years of experience as a Project Manager developing project plans and budgets,  managing scope, and reporting progress to the steering committee. 
  • 7 years of experience developing and implementing projects relating to mental health and the healthcare environments including establishing priorities, process improvement, implementation planning and evaluation.
  • 7 years of experience managing large enterprise-wide organizational and multi-year strategic mental health and healthcare environments. including the use of Design Think Methodologies.
  • 5 years of experience managing projects that incorporate organizational change management strategies and plans, such as Prosci.
  • 5 years of experience analyzing data and developing data models and reports to synthesize findings.  
  • 3 years of experience managing projects with a focus on psychological health and safety in the workplace.
  • 3 years of experience managing projects involving trauma-informed models, and/or Critical Incident Stress Management.
  • 5 years of experience in effectively communicating complex project issues and leading presentations to executives and senior leadership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving project handling confidential patient information.
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability and team-building skills.
