  • Compensation: 70k to 80k
  • Please note, that this will be a fully on-site role at the Client’s Guelph location.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appointments, providing administrative support as needed.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and manage an effective onboarding program to ensure new employees are well-integrated into the company.
  • Coordinate training sessions and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Act as a point of contact for new employees, addressing any questions or concerns during the onboarding process. 
  • Plan and coordinate company events, celebrations, and team-building activities. 
  • Create and manage employer branding content, including social media posts, blog articles, and recruitment marketing materials.
  • Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing support and guidance to staff.
  • Collaborate with external HR consultants and legal professionals to obtain support and guidance on complex HR issues. 
  • Review and update company policies and procedures annually to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback on their experience with the company.

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Must have over 4 years of Office Manager and Recruitment experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and any HR Software.
  • Must have record minutes of experience.
  • Proven experience in office management and recruitment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
