The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for Recruitment Strategy and Execution, Team Leadership and Management, Recruiter Training, and Performance Management.

They will lead a team of recruiters, refine recruitment processes, and foster recruiter growth. Additionally, they will oversee the recruitment team's performance and development, ensuring effective communication of services to Canadian employers.

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process for seamless candidate and client experience.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and hiring Managers on tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Communicate services and talent quality to Canadian employers.
  • Work with Social Media Coordinator to promote job vacancies.
  • Recruit, train, lead, and mentor the recruitment team.
  • Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
  • Develop strategies to improve talent placement efficiency.
  • Conduct comprehensive training for new recruiters.
  • Observe recruiter interviews and provide real-time feedback.
  • Regularly evaluate recruiter performance and conduct reviews.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings to discuss targets and growth areas.
  • Train recruiters to effectively prepare candidates for interviews.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in managing teams.
  • Strong leadership and team guidance skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English required, French fluency a significant asset.
  • Knowledge of Canadian employment standards and immigration laws for foreign workers.
  • Experience in training and development, with the ability to deliver effective programs.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition and 1-2 years in a leadership role.
