Responsibilities: 
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring goals, company culture, and strategic workforce needs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to conduct comprehensive needs assessments and define recruitment strategies that align with their business objectives.
  • Identify and address client concerns, offering recommendations to enhance the client experience.
  • Increase client retention, drive loyalty, and contribute to increased sales.
  • Manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client needs.
  • Act as a liaison with Recruiting, Administration, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support prospective clients, pass leads, and maintain an active role post-sale.
  • Maintain accurate notes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years of successful business development/sales experience, preferably in Talent Management Solutions, Staffing/Recruiting, with a focus on the retail field or customer service industry.
  • Demonstrated awareness of emerging immigration programs and pilots that could be advantageous for both corporate clients and foreign nationals is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, customer service, business, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
