  • Remote opportunity as a Project Manager, experience in the Healthcare field is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with Project Managers and Healthcare Leaders who oversee patient care and handle all required needs and requests for each department to improve patient processes.
  • Coordinating with healthcare vendors and liaising with several specialized project management teams leading and implementing clinical process improvements.
  • Managing expectations of achievable deliverables for each project management group and ensuring resources are available for each specialized area. 
  • Managing changes to healthcare services.
  • Handling confidential patient information.
Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
  • Prosci change management certification and SCRUM Project Management Certification are required
  • 10 years of experience as a Project Manager with 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Healthcare industry, with at least 3 years of experience with clinical change management improving processes to front line staff including physicians and nurses is required.
  • 5 years of experience implementing transformational projects such as organizational and redesign projects.
  • 5 years of experience with organizational change management using Prosci to implement and deliver strategies.
  • 3 years of experience as a Project Manager from a government setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving project handling confidential patient information.
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability and team-building skills.
