Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating the setup and coordination of projects from inception to completion.
  • Managing logistical requirements for project teams, including travel arrangements and mobilization.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Managing budgets, including setting up budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring compliance.
  • Collaborating with the accounting team to meet client invoicing requirements and facilitate timely payments.
  • Maintaining project contracts and documentation for subcontractors, contractors, and vendors.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality management processes and plans.
  • Coordinating project team communications, documenting client interactions, and facilitating meetings.
  • Compiling and delivering regular progress reports to clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Managing data and information transfer, including maintaining filing systems and document logs.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of previous Administrative experience. Specific project administrative experience is an asset. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
