Project Coordinator

As a member of the Project Manager team, you will support the front-line contact in providing support on assigned projects and assigned responsibility for the overall project performance, including procurement, documentation, quality and costs.

Reports to: Director of Project Management

Responsibilities:

• Project Procurement and Subcontract Management
• Contract review
• Maintain up to date Project logs and project team reporting and minutes
• Issue client contract documentation (RFI, Submittals, Change documentation)
• Project Closeout documentation 
• Maintain up to date costing in reporting ERP
• Quality Control management 
• Schedule adherence 
• Attend trade meetings and site as required

Qualifications:

• Completed a post-secondary program
• Completion of applicable project management courses from a post-secondary institution
• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating projects in a related capacity
• The ideal candidate will have a background in a related field that would lend itself well to managing projects
• Knowledge of construction and fabrication processes is critical along with an ability to read drawings
• Be able to work in an open office setting
• Be able to thrive within a busy working environment to meet scheduled logistics dates
• Must ensure you are wearing appropriate PPE dictated by the work conditions (indoor and outdoor)
• Be punctual for shifts, flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required
