Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a Halifax, Nova Scotia-based company to hire a Front Desk Administrator. This will be a 3-month contract with the potential for an extension.

Benefits & Perks:
  • Compensation: $20 to $25/hour.
  • Please note, that this will be a fully on-site role at the client’s Halifax Office.
  • Immediate Start.
  • Working Hours: 8 am or 9 am Start.
  • 3 3-month contract with potential for an extension.
Responsibilities:
  • Answering multi-line telephone systems with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Scanning, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
  • Ensures Office Supplies are stocked, ordering new items.
  • Data entry and administrative duties.
  • Receive, Sort mail, and distribute incoming mail.
  • Ensure office space is clean and tidy including kitchen facilities, boardrooms, and common space areas.
Qualifications:
  • Must have over two years of experience as a Receptionist/Administrator.
  • Must have strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office including Outlook and Excel.
