  • Compensation: 65K to 80K
  • Please note, this will be a fully on-site role at the Client’s Guelph Location

Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer.  
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails.
  • Assist with marketing and event planning.
  • Run reports and analyze data.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events including venue selection, catering arrangements, and logistical support.
  • Attend meetings as needed to record minutes, track action items, and provide administrative support.
Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Business or Administration is an asset.
  • Must have over 5 years of Executive Assistant experience or a similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Must have record minutes of experience.
  • Must have experience in marketing, sales support, or event planning.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bilingual in French is an asset.
