Position Summary:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be instrumental in expanding our client’s customer base and ensuring market growth for their cutting-edge material handling equipment and services. Your mission? Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance operations and drive success.
  • Forge Connections - Reach out to potential customers through various channels including cold calling, emails, customer visits, and networking events.
  • Build Relationships - Cultivate strong relationships with new customers, fostering a continuous flow of opportunities.
  • Solution-Oriented Approach - Tailor solutions using their wide range of products and services, including New Equipment, 8210, and Edge, to meet customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge - Stay informed about their product offerings and industry standards to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Collaborate - Work closely with their sales team to align efforts and meet organizational objectives.
  • Educate - Present product information, highlighting features, benefits, and new offerings to prospective customers.
  • Sales Experience - Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Mindset - Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on providing solutions.
  • Integrity - High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Sales Skills - Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and meet sales quotas.
  • Communication - Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
