Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Provide product support to the team.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Meet sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and estimates.
  • Strategically expand the customer base.
  • Analyze customer needs to tailor product promotion.
  • Manage maintenance agreement renewals and updates.
  • Create and present sales proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate on sales agreements.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
  • MUST have an undergraduate degree.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Clear and articulate communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to improving. performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate customers to support business growth.
  • Clear presentation skills.
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities with creativity and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and contribute to operational success.
Please note - this will be a hybrid position. The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to visit clients in the assigned territory.
