Responsibilities:
  • Prepare documents and presentations 
  • Type, edit, proofread and format corporate documentation
  • Edit newsletters and various correspondence
  • Proofread, edit and distribute company-wide communications
  • Calendar management, coordinating meetings, ordering catering 
  • Travel arrangements including arranging for accommodations
  • Tracking invoices and expenses 
  • Maintain confidential information
  • Assist other members of the administrative team 
  • Backup reception as required 
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Three plus years of experience as an Administrative Assistant with demonstrated experience writing correspondence, proofreading, editing, and formatting
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Able to prioritize responsibilities as well as take on new tasks 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
