Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a Winnipeg-based company to hire a Driver Compliance Administrator for an immediate temporary position that has the potential to extend, and/or become temporary to hire.

Benefits & Perks:
  • Immediate temporary position as a Driver Compliance Administrator 
  • Potential to extend and/or become temporary to hire 
  • Onsite role Monday to Friday 
  • Ensure driver files are updated and accurate 
  • Monitor driver license expiration dates and track annual certificates of violations 
  • Maintain accurate records of all drivers' updated information, creating and pulling reports as required
  • Ensure return to work permit records are updated and accurate 
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with the Driver Safety & Compliance Department 
  • Prepare offer letters, prepare invoices
  • Other administrative duties as assigned 
  • Two plus years in the Transportation industry is preferred 
  • Post-secondary education 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Driver Safety is an asset 
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
