The Role:
- Creating invoices and credit notes
- Data entry of invoices into SAP and Excel
- Processing invoices
- Review of invoices prior to posting
- Posting invoices
- Processing payments or applying payments against customer accounts
- Phone collections
- Monitoring accounts
The Ideal Candidate
- 2 plus years of experience in accounts receivable is preferred; data entry experience is also an asset.
- A diploma or equivalent education in accounting would be desirable.
- SAP experience is an asset.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
- A criminal background check is required.
