We have partnered with our client, a well-known and respected electrical supply and distribution company based in Regina. If you have experience within the electrical industry and a strong commitment to customer service, this may be the role for you.

  • Greet customers entering the Branch warmly and professionally. Give them a reason to want to visit! You are the face of the company
  • Ensure the products displayed in the branch are kept neat and easy to see as this is also the customer’s first Impression of the business
  • Answer the phone promptly and professionally while ensuring the customer’s questions have been answered and their calls have been redirected to the appropriate person or department
  • Process all customer orders at the counter which includes picking it from the warehouse
  • Promote sales items and products while providing options for alternate products if needed
  • Assist sales team with technical and product support where required

  • Minimum 3 years of electrical experience
  • Customer service focused with exceptional communication skills
  • Solutions oriented person who is not afraid to partner with the customer and make suggestions
  • Ability to learn the company’s products and services
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Punctual – “if you’re not early, you’re late” mentality
  • Flexible personality with the ability to work with a small team of 8 people
