Associate Director Financial Product Subledger (Banking and Insurance)

You will manage pre-sales activities related to FPSL Banking and create and lead a global team for FPSL Banking projects. Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in SAP Financial Products SubLedger (FPSL) to clients across financial services
• Deliver high-quality SAP software implementation and consulting services
• Program Management of FPSL Banking / IFRS9 projects
• Create and maintain knowledge and consulting solutions for FPSL Banking
• Establish and maintain a stable partner network
• Become a trusted advisor to clients and establish productive client relationships
• Contribute and collaborate as a team member in a global working environment
• Lead engagements and deliver high-quality services on time and on budget
• Communicate effectively with client and global management
• Aptitude and willingness to develop technical skills
• Responsible for achieving key business outcomes while adhering to project goals and deadlines
• Support presales demos, proof of concepts, and client demonstrations
• Look for opportunities and engage in up-selling or cross-selling to existing customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Actuarial, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive, relevant consulting or Banking experience with more than 5 Years Experience in SAP FPSL / Bank Analyzer Background
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading multiple projects on-time and on-budget with very high client satisfaction
• Experience in multiple SAP full life-cycle implementations, preferably with SAP FPSL, FS-CD, AR/AP, FI
• Good understanding of financial accounting and reporting practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
• Capability to work well under pressure, under cost and time constraints
• Ability to excel in a global team environment, effectively communicate, and achieve results
• Ability to travel up to 80%
• Visa sponsorship will be processed for the right candidate
