Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist 90K base + bonus (100% Remote)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process; including qualifying and pre-screening.
  • Preparation of job postings, interview guides, offer letters, and documents required for onboarding new employees.
  • Acting as a trusted consultant to hiring managers; partnering to determine staffing requirements and supporting conversations relating to hiring decisions.
  • Increase awareness of the organization as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives and effective communication of employer value proposition.
  • Identify new recruitment and branding opportunities and make recommendations to enhance recruitment best practices.
  • Work in collaboration with HR Business Partners to guide recruitment and selection processes.
  • Ensuring hiring practices are followed consistently and fairly.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and job tracking within the ATS.

Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of full cycle recruitment experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume recruitment setting.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task are required.
  • Ability to coordinate daily tasks and ongoing projects effectively and efficiently within specified timeframes.
  • Excellent listening and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in a variety of software packages.
  • Strong customer service focus for both internal and external customers/partners.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
