  • Lead the planning and execution of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, site personnel, and internal teams.
  • Evaluate project plans and specifications, offering insights on design, scheduling, cost efficiencies, and potential construction challenges.
  • Navigate the permit and approval process seamlessly.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, overseeing bidding processes and contract negotiations in alignment with company policies and values.
  • Create and distribute project tender packages, including tailored scopes of work.
  • Conduct bid analyses and recommend approvals, ensuring all necessary clearances are obtained before construction commences.
  • Establish comprehensive project completion schedules, allocating resources effectively and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Deliver timely project reports encompassing status updates, cost projections, cash flows, scheduling revisions, and safety and quality assessments.
  • Provide guidance and support to project coordinators through training, mentorship, supervision, and performance evaluations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction, preferably with a focus on commercial, institutional, and light industrial projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex and concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency in developing detailed project plans utilizing project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong organizational and execution capabilities with a keen eye for budget and timeline management.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of cultivating relationships across various stakeholders, including subcontractors, consultants, clients, and executives.
