Our client, one of Winnipeg’s largest real estate companies, has partnered with Stacey Danley at Aplin in the search for an Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will support the President of the company with complex schedule management and legal administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all external inquiries for the President
  • Manage the President’s calendar for personal and professional commitments
  • Coordinate meetings, organize agendas, and prepare related meeting documentation and minutes
  • Arrange travel and events as needed
  • Work closely on related legal documentation
  • Lead administrative projects as needed

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior administrative role
  • Previous experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a corporate commercial real estate practice
  • Certification in legal administration or other related post-secondary would be a strong asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • An ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Please note this is a full-time permanent Monday-Friday in-office role.
