Responsibilities:

• Preparation and follow-up on new client account documentation
• Corresponding with clients
• Processing of deposits, withdrawals, and asset transfers
• Fielding calls from advisors
• Account reconciliations and troubleshooting
• Maintenance of client databases and spreadsheets
• Scheduling and confirming meetings, arranging travel, and assisting with events

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of related work experience with an investment counselling firm or broker, portfolio manager, or financial planning organization
• Strong understanding of investment operations, account types, and transaction processing
• Completion of the CSC or IFIC would be an asset but is not required.
• Proficiency with technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• ability to analyze, investigate, and problem-solve as needed
• ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy and attention to detail
