Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit documents, letters, and reports.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and records.
  • Assist in data entry and analysis tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to various teams and departments.
  • Coordinate and execute special projects as assigned.
  • Assist clients, vendors, and visitors with inquiries and requests.
  • Ensure a positive and professional image through interactions.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Oversee general office tidiness and organization.
  • Research various topics as needed.
  • Compile information and generate reports.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Salary expectations: $20 - $25 per hour
