Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a Winnipeg-based company to hire an Accounts Payable Administrator for an immediate, full-time, temporary opportunity with the possibility of an extension. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

  • Process high-volume invoices for multiple locations and ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner on a regular basis.
  • Answer inquiries regarding account status via phone and email, providing up-to-date information regarding accounts to vendors.
  • Identify and resolve any invoice and account statement errors.
  • Other accounting-related duties as assigned.


  • 2 plus years of accounts Payables' experience processing a high volume of invoices.
  • Post-secondary accounting education.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
