- Update delivery status of shipment information
- Processing paperwork and ensuring all documentation is accurate
- Data entry into Excel and Edge
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- One plus years of experience in Operations and or Logistics or Customer Service
- Experience in the Transportation industry is an asset
- Ability to interact well and problem solve customer concerns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Vehicle is required for this location
