If you are a talented and experienced Maintenance Technician, Aplin has the right opportunity for you! Our Manitoba-based client is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their growing team in Northern Manitoba. This is a full-time permanent opportunity & our client has 2 available openings for this role.

*Willing to relocate to Northern Manitoba is a requirement of this role

Qualifications:
  • A valid Class 5 driver’s license is required
  • Previous experience in a troubleshooting role is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer competency is required
  • Basic maintenance knowledge required
  • Self-motivated and able to complete tasks with little to no supervision
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Ability to pay significant attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot effectively; Problem-solving skills
Working conditions:
  • Ability to physically lift up to 40 lbs as required
  • Working and driving outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work on-call is required (weekends & holidays)
  • Ability to walk in rough terrain in order to access infrastructure is required
