The Maintenance role is responsible for performing diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain moulds and processing equipment, for all production machines, according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems. This position will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.

The Maintenance role is responsible for performing diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain moulds and processing equipment, for all production machines, according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems. This position will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.

- Complete maintenance and repair work on equipment
- Periodically complete scheduled PM (preventative maintenance) on all processing and production equipment
- Perform minor repairs on the production equipment based on daily requirements
- Repair hydraulic leaks of the components of the production equipment
- Work on the PM of the building equipment
- Periodically check all the work done by employees for the daily and weekly PM on the equipment which they are using
- Train employees on completing daily clean up task on the equipment which they are using
- Strong understanding of equipment functionality and the process system
- After-hours response to emergency equipment breakdowns may be required
- Hold a Forklift and Sky lift certification, onsite training provided
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
- Other duties as assigned
- 1+ years of industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong mechanical background with the ability to dismantle and replace components of equipment/tools
- Knowledge of understanding and reading of hydraulic and electrical schematics along with experience in minor hydraulic repairs (dismantling, replacing seals or valves)
- Able to use and read a Voltmeter (voltage, amperage, and continuity measuring)
- Hold a valid driver’s license and be able to work on a forklift and skylift
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including Microsoft Office
- Manufacturing Environment
- Walking, standing, bending for majority of workday
- Ability to lift 45lbs
