The Administrative Coordinator works with the sales, recruitment, and finance teams to ensure the successful setup, management, and retention of contracts. Being responsible for the overall experience of consultants as they are onboarded and deployed to client projects, the ideal candidate will be organized, diligent, and processes oriented, with a high attention to detail.

  • Send a variety of personalized and detailed contracts
  • Organize contract data and information in the CRM
  • Conduct consultant onboarding and offboarding
  • Collect and organize consultant timesheets 
  • Effectively manage, support, and build relationships with Consultants 
  • Process security checks
  • Schedule interviews
  • Other administrative related duties as required
  • University Degree or 3+ years of experience within an administrative role
  • Background in recruitment, sales, customer service, or other related areas is considered an asset
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Advanced user in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bilingual, English/French or English/Spanish is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
