Benefits & Perks:
  • Immediate temporary Office Clerk position 
  • Potential to extend 
  • Monday to Friday business hours, onsite role
  • Assist with compiling personal income tax files 
  • Print, and compile all documents, and financial statements 
  • Data entry of financial information 
  • Filing, typing, and creating labels 
  • Assist clients with inquiries over the phone and in person as required 
  • Other administrative duties as assigned 
  • Two plus years of office experience 
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration
  • Previous clerical experience with income tax files is an asset 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
