Responsibilities:

• Monitor risks on initiatives in the healthcare field and provide guidance on safety issues and special requirements 
• Ensure diligence with information gathering, decision making, and implementation of initiatives 
• Ensure required safety and security measures are established, implemented, and documented 
• Create appropriate operating safety procedures
• Document risk and liability issues, and liaise with department managers 
• Investigate and make recommendations regarding major risk management situations as required 
• Provide guidance to the risk management team regarding initiatives required, providing required documentation  and data 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Emergency Management, Public Administration, or a related field in HealthCare 
• 7-10 years of experience in  risk management, emergency management, disaster recovery, or incident response is required in the healthcare field
• Strong analytical and communication skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
