Responsibilities:
- Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
- Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), and risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, and program initiatives.
- Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout the lifecycle of program or project. Works to improve project management processes, and business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision-makers.
- Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
- Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
- Assists customers in developing performance recovery plans and ensures all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.
