Corporate Paralegal

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and filing documents for partnerships, limited partnerships, and business names and coordinating extra-provincial registrations across Canada.
• Attending corporate filings with the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry and Corporations Canada.
• Respond to daily inquiries from counsel and clients and handle day-to-day corporate matters.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a corporate environment.
• Transactional and drafting experience.
• Proficient with the ALF database or equivalent.
