If you are a talented and experienced Marketing Coordinator & Digital Strategist, Aplin has a great opportunity for you! We have partnered with an Edmonton-based company with over 70 successful years in the market. You will work with an engaged leadership team, reporting to the V.P.

Preference is given to those with a background in Digital Marketing, Media Buying, Graphic Design, Photography, Social media, and Website management. In this position, you will develop and execute a multi-channel (digital & traditional) marketing strategy across several business units. Travel is required within Alberta and B.C. This role can be hybrid or remote in the Edmonton area.

  • Develop, execute, and report on all marketing initiatives implemented
  • Direct all marketing campaigns across the organization with a variety of traffic acquisition channels - including SEO, social media, display and traditional marketing
  • Manage content creation, copywriting, and publishing across all online platforms (social media, website)
  • Produce and edit high-quality graphics, images, and videos for website and social media using Adobe Creative Suite (ability to work with 3rd party on 3-d renderings/video’s)
  • Create and manage google ads, social media ads. Media buying on Instagram and Facebook
  • Write, edit and upload content to the website including images, video’s, blogs, email marketing campaigns
  • Create content using Adobe Creative Suite Applications
  • Analyze social media metrics to achieve targets, such as engagement, traffic, and clicks to create and present new growth strategies
  • Manage the marketing budget (digital & traditional)
  • Administer the company’s CRM system (Salesforce), and provide basic CRM training to new employees
  • Provide senior management with monthly sales reports and campaign results using Salesforce analytics
  • Google Ad Management, Google My Business Management
  • Execute traditional marketing activities, including tradeshow implementation, radio ad facilitation, and marketing collateral development
  • Conducting and processing video tours
  • Drone operation
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Analytics or Marketing
  • 3+ years in a professional digital marketing role
  • Experience with Media Buying, Google Adwords, and Social Media
  • Experience in Graphic Design & Photography
  • Experience ins Salesforce is a bonus
  • Independent, self-motivated, there is a lot of autonomy in this role
  • Creative and analytical skills needed
