  • Handle day-to day customer support over the phone (low volume)
  • Processing customer orders
  • Processing invoices
  • Data entry into Salesforce and Excel (High volume)
  • Managing order cancellations and changes
  • Reviewing contracts
  • Coordinate shipping of orders
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Being the first point of contact and representing the company in a positive manner
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work loads
  • Must have previous customer service experience
  • Must be an intermediate user of Excel
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Access and Great Plains is an asset
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
  • Must have clear and concise communication skills
